Responsibilities:

• Provide support to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of pre-contract and post-contract cost management services.
• Manage and update cost plans and project budgets.
• Provide inputs on pricing documents.
• Benchmarking and Analysis capability.
• Attend Commercial Meetings.
• Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes to an advanced level.
• Manage and coordinate with JLL Off-shore support team.
• Work in pre-contract including; reviewing detailed measurements, prepare cost plans on different work stages, manage the preparation of BOQs or sections, handle tender query responses, manage the PQQ process with support and input into value engineering at each design stage.
• Work in post-contract including; being strong in contract administration, comfortable on site inspections with project teams, prepare cash flow reports, draft monthly payment recommendations and weekly commercial dashboards, managing variations, prepare monthly cost reports and assist in closing out projects and claims/variations.
• Initiate a robust Quality Checks and Sense Checks on all deliverables and engage senior member of the team to review and check.
