Quantity Surveyor

Minimum Requirements

• With at least 3 years experience in similar industry as QS
• Preferably with experience in KSA or any GCC country

Skills

• Preparation and execution of Payment Application, Variations, Cost Reports and Procurement Management
• Management of Client commercial disputes
• Contract Administration
• Project Commercial Management of multiple projects
• Implementation of commercial improvements where necessary
• Reporting to Senior Management
• Management of newly awarded projects handover to operations team
• Partial involvement of Estimation
• Maintain QS files such as Purchase Order Log, Payment Applications, Variation Orders etc, for the Kaprel Partitions business
• Work closely with the Planning, Operations, Procurement and Accounts teams to deliver the project and receive payments from clients on a timely basis.
