Quantity Surveyor

JASARA PMC, a leading construction company, is currently hiring for the position of Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
2. Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine project cost.
3. Coordinate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitor project costs, track expenses, and manage change orders.
5. Provide regular cost reports and analysis to project teams and management.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, and contract management.
4. Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and construction cost estimating software.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
8. Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices is a plus.
