Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Act as Centre of Excellence that provides support to delivery teams at project level in the areas of quantity surveying (measurement, pricing), as needed.
• Oversee that the provision of quantity surveying services are delivered in accordance with the standards and international industry practice.
• Act as an escalation point for technical related quantity surveying issues.
• Provide functional oversight of all F&E in-house Quantity Surveyors (if required).
• Review and approve all cost-related submissions from the PMC and outsourced consultants.
• Review and approve costing of value engineering proposals.
• Provide technical approval of variations (measurement and cost only) and liaise with A&P.
• Provide technical approval on interim payment certificates and liaise with A&P.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience with quantity surveying in an Engineering & Construction environment.
