Quality Controller

BG Global recruitment hiring a Quality Controller for a well reputed food processing company in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with food safety and quality management standards, monitors production processes, and optimizes resource utilization.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect raw materials, finished products, and production processes.
• Ensure SOP, GMP, HACCP, and FSMS compliance.
• Conduct sensory evaluations for beef and chicken products.
• Train and support the quality control team.
• Report and address food safety and quality deviations.
• Assist in improving production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in FMCG or a related industry.
• Knowledge of food microbiology, SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and documentation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
