Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control procedures for Aramco projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications, specifically for Aramco projects.
2. Supervise and lead the QC team, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
4. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Prepare and review quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality manuals, and procedures.
6. Ensure that all materials and equipment used in the project meet the required quality standards.
7. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
8. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all quality requirements are met.
9. Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system and suggest improvements as needed.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry standards and Aramco requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control, with a significant portion spent on Aramco projects.
3. Strong knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures.
4. Proven experience in managing and leading a QC team.
5. Excellent understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Certification in quality control is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
