Quality Control Inspector

Under the general direction from the quality control manager, assist and carry out quality control duties and adhere to standard practices within THC departments/units.

1. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory documentation, procedures, and processes.
2. Assist in internal and external inspections.
3. Assist in the production of quality and safety reports as required by QHSE.
4. Assist in conducting company quality control training for all employees.
5. Assist in executing inspection duties on the THC fleet and operations, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and regulations.
6. Perform inspections of technical tasks, parts, materials, facilities, and other departments associated with the safe operation of the fleet.
7. Coordinate and review THC's fleet certification packages prior to submission to the authorities.
8. Ensure that feedback and information from the QMS are disseminated within the QSS department and to all concerned.
9. Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
10. Perform any other duties assigned related to the nature of the work.

Experience & Skills:

1. 5 years of experience, with 2 - 3 years of proven experience in quality control in the aviation field.
2. Holding a GACA (FAA/EASA) license (Pilot, Technical, Operations).
3. General knowledge of GACARS, with emphasis on PART 145.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards and understanding of the role of a quality control inspector.
5. Possess good work habits, be team-oriented, have strong work ethics, and adhere to company work hours, policies, and standards of business etiquette.
6. Product-oriented, reactive, and focused on detecting defects.
7. Knowledge of aircraft operations, GACA inspection and reporting procedures, and laws and regulations pertaining to flight operations and maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in risk management/business management or equivalent experience.
2. Holding any relevant certification is a plus.
