We are seeking a QA/QC Manager (f/m/d) as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in Saudi Arabia, and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes for products and systems related to the rail industry.
• Maintain documentation of quality control processes, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.
• Provide training and support to staff members on quality control processes.
• Develop and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with quality control requirements.
• Development or review of quality management and quality assurance plan.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in assigned or related fields.

Knowledge of industry and quality management standards, regulations related to rail products and systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external suppliers.

Knowledge of quality management software and tools, such as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, is preferred.

Certification in quality management, such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, is a plus.
