Quality Assurance Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes in manufacturing.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Maintain and update documentation related to quality assurance, including inspection reports and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train employees on quality control procedures and industry standards.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in Quality Management.
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (mandatory).
• Certification in API Q1 is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
