Quality and Evaluation Specialist

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Quality and Evaluation Specialist to perform the work and practices of quality systems at all levels of administrative, educational, training, and professional and contribute to development plans, and monitor performance as a whole, thus overcoming obstacles and advancing progress as an integrated work team. This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

The RSNF Quality and Evaluation Specialist is concerned with quality systems and uses local and international standards to collect data, prepare reports, and train on quality systems, thus developing educational and administrative processes. This falls on the responsibility of the quality advisor on his experience, profession, and work. Responsibilities include:

1. Following up on the current employees' application of quality practices with new employees.
2. Training and managing quality assurance programs.
3. Developing plans and strategies to improve all associated processes.
4. Working in a changing environment with a reasonable degree of independence.
5. Determining the requirements for implementing quality systems.
6. Managing problem-solving, discrepancies detection, and working to fix them.
7. Developing, testing, and analyzing performance indicators and writing reports of performance indicators regularly.
8. Working on the requirements for Military Academic Accreditation.
9. Contributing to the educational, training, and administrative program development plan.
10. Carefully monitoring performance and developing the required action plan.
11. Providing advice and training to the staff.

Qualifications

BS and 2-5 yrs experience or commensurate. Shall have a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the assigned program or position AND a minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in the associated functional tasks - OR ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional tasks. Shall have professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques. Shall be a Saudi national.

Preferred Skills And Experience

1. Work in the field of Quality.
2. Work in the field of Consulting.
3. Hold one of the following certificates (CAMS, QA, CRCM, CGSS, ITIL, ISO, ASQ, CQM, CPHQ, CFE).
4. Master's degree in the quality control field.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Posted Salary Range USD $61,850.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
