Quality and Evaluation Specialist

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a RSNF Quality and Evaluation Specialist to perform the work and practices of quality systems at all administrative, educational, training, and professional levels. The role involves contributing to development plans and monitoring performance to overcome obstacles and advance progress as an integrated work team. This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

The RSNF Quality and Evaluation Specialist will be concerned with quality systems and will use local and international standards to collect data, prepare reports, and train on quality systems, thus developing educational and administrative processes. Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work in a changing environment.
• Work with a reasonable degree of independence.
• Experience and knowledge to determine training requirements for implementing appropriate quality systems.
• Expertise in problem-solving management and continuous improvement.
• Skills in using information technology for quality systems.
• Experience in building performance indicators and methods of analyzing results.
• Knowledge of Academic Accreditation requirements.
• Work as a member of the quality and evaluation committees for Military Academic Accreditation.
• Follow up on the work of the committees to achieve Military Academic Accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to the educational, training, and administrative program development plan.
• Carefully monitor performance and develop the required action plan.
• Provide advice and training to the staff.

Qualifications

Shall have a Bachelor's degree in a field related to the assigned program or position AND a minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in associated functional tasks - OR ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in associated functional tasks. Experience in the field of Quality and Consulting is required.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, the employee will be in an at-will position, and GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary and any other discretionary payment or compensation program at any time.

Posted Salary Range: USD $61,850.00 - USD $80,400.00 /Yr.
