Job Description

Establish SOP and guidelines and ensure that SOPs are documented, properly distributed, and communicated, act as an auditor to ensure they are implemented and as the custodian of all SOPs ensuring adherence and effectiveness in achieving quality objectives. Highlight areas for improvement and ensure that the current SOPs align with best practices.

Accountabilities

SOP Management:

  1. Serve as the SOP Custodian by ensuring SOPs are documented, properly distributed, archived, communicated, and that compliance is audited regularly.
  2. Safeguard the QMS by participating in risk assessments, ensuring updated procedures are incorporated, and maintaining a documented record of all changes for traceability and future reference.
Quality Management System (QMS):

  1. Implement and manage the quality management system (QMS) by establishing procedures and standards to ensure quality compliance and continuous improvement.
  2. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure QMS effectiveness. Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  3. Owner of QMS Software, taking the lead of system enhancement, development and customization liaison with IT and program developers to ensure best user experience that delivers efficiency.
Compliance and Auditing:

  1. Leads and executes change management initiatives, participates in developing department strategies to manage organizational transitions, communicates change effectively, builds stakeholder support, addresses resistance, and measures change adoption and impact toward driving successful change implementation.
  2. Work with QA Manager to assess, review, Policies, Procedures & SOPs and approve modifications as applicable to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Work with the TQM Senior Manager to address non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance.
  4. Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure changes are implemented and integrated within the SOPs and Procedures.
Continuous Improvement:

  1. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing QMS data and applying methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  2. Collaborate with the SC Excellence R&D team to drive innovation and improve quality processes and standards.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to guarantee all changes are clearly assessed, documented, successfully implemented, and seamlessly integrated with the quality management system, fostering sustainable processes.
Training and Development:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs on QMS methodologies by mentoring and coaching team members to build QMS capabilities within the organization.
  2. Organize workshops and seminars on new QMS technologies and best practices to enhance the skillsets of the QMS team.
Employees duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

  1. Indoors: 70%
  2. Outdoors: 30%
  3. Working Days: 5 Working Days
  4. Days off: 2 Days Off
  5. Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Requirement

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience

  1. 5+ years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of implementing and managing QMS and SOPs.
  3. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements for the industry e.g. GMP GDP.
  4. Knowledge of QMS principles and standards, like ISO 9001 & GSO.
Technical & Computer Skills

  1. Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  2. Experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Languages

  1. Fluency in English.
  2. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Certificates

  1. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, CQM) preferred.
  2. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
