Plans the strategic goals and function of non-airline catering in area of responsibility.
Manage QHSE function activities of Catering & Facilities (C&F).
Review and keep abreast on the development in the areas of Food Safety QHSE for C&F and update of QHSE Manual for continual development.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to implement with management.
Review & develop existing policies, standard operating procedures, Practices related to Food Safety & QHSE and propose relevant changes & amendment.
Assist Director of Food Safety & Hygiene in managing all activities concerning Food Safety and QHSE.
Implement Food Safety and QHSE policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementing, and improving the QHSE system, programs, and procedures and keep record for all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment related documents in accordance with ISO 9001, HACPP, ISO 22000, ISO 45000 of the C&F sites.
Manage and Inspect all QHSE and Food Safety and Hygiene Activities of CATRION service location.
Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day operations of the team.
Overall responsible for conducting Hygiene, Food Safety & QHSE audits and inspections of the C&F sites / Locations (including remote sites) within the kingdom to ensure compliance with company policies, standards & applicable local laws.
Coordinate with the teams to schedule periodic audit activity planning and address issues related to Hygiene & Food Safety and QHSE.
Coordinate with the Operations Department of C&F for special inspections as deemed necessary.
Prepare comprehensive reports based on the findings of Hygiene, Food Safety & QHSE inspections carried out in the concerned C&F sites / Locations & forward the same to Site Manager - Hygiene & Food Safety.
Make recommendations & follow-up on corrective actions made by respective C&F sites / Locations for compliance and continual improvement.
Perform comprehensive post-incident investigations in respective C&F sites / Locations and forward reports and follow-up communication to Senior Management of Catering & Facilities Department.
Plan food handlers' job training for all staff.
Maintain and update the database for all inspection reports and analysis.
Overall responsible for monitoring & reporting of Hygiene / Food Safety & Safety activities in the Outlets.
Complete additional assignments as assigned by Section Head / Site Manager - Hygiene & Food Safety.
Work during crisis or contingency periods to restore normalcy.
Liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Maintain company Safety policies and procedures.
Design dashboard for data records and maintain all records and KPIs.
Implement sustainability policy and procedures within CATRION requirements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Adhere to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Handle data and information according to their level of classification.
Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property laws.
Comply with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Adhere to the acceptable use policy and use CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
Obtain the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's sensitive sites.
Report Cybersecurity incidents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Safety/Quality management/management/another related subject.
10 years in the field of Food Safety Management or QHSE in reputable companies.
Able to develop, design, and update QHSE Manual.
Knowledge of Hygiene & Food Safety & HACCP.
Knowledge of Quality, Safety, Environment, and sustainability.
Able to set and conduct Hygiene & Food Safety and QHSE inspections and implementations.
Ability to coordinate with various business segments for related subjects of QHSE.
Knowledge of Laboratory Analysis and internal auditing.
