Analyze the accident statistics and propose improvement actions to KG management.
Assist the QHSE Manager and Branch to implement a safe behavior management process, encouraging employees' involvement in QHSE, to provide Schindler employees with a safe and healthy working environment.
Assist branch to prepare & conduct training for TBT on a regular basis.
Report & investigate incidents and root cause analyses, and report to HSE manager.
Collect and analyze incident statistics for reporting in Safety Reporting System (SRS) to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE processes.
Conduct site HSE inspections and observations (SW, OTO, UE Reporting, NGFE) in conjunction with Branch, according to Schindler Requirement.
Lead & organize Branch HSE committee meetings on a monthly basis.
Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
Develop and deliver effective HSE training programs to groups.
Skilled in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum Requirements
Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
Desired organization and planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge – product, field, safety & health procedures knowledge, IT skills, English skills.
Desired experience leading safety areas in elevator and escalator or construction industries for at least three years.
The ideal candidate must have NEBOSH IGC certification or an equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.
