Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector / Supervisor to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that products meet the required standards. As a QC Inspector / Supervisor, you will be expected to conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
2. Identifying and documenting product defects or non-conformities
3. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines
4. Training and supervising quality control staff
5. Collaborating with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements
6. Maintaining accurate records of inspections and test results
7. Participating in internal and external quality audits

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in quality control within the manufacturing industry
2. Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
3. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Knowledge of relevant quality control standards and regulations
7. Certification in quality control or related field is a plus
