QC Inspector- Batch Plant

• Monitor and inspect concrete batching operations to ensure compliance with approved mix designs.
• Verify correct proportions of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures are being used.
• Ensure calibration of batching plant equipment is up-to-date and accurate.
• Check the consistency and uniformity of concrete mixing at every batch.

In-depth knowledge of:

• Concrete technology and mix designs
• Materials testing (cement, sand, aggregate)
• Quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials.
• Coordinate with third-party labs for material testing and approvals when needed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a QC role within the construction or concrete industry is essential for effective performance.
