QC Inspector

Provide Quality Control inspection support for manufacturing process control.

• Incoming inspection and testing of raw materials.
• Inspection of pipes during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain inspection log of every pipe produced.
• Identifying defects and acceptance criteria.
• Responsible for spooling the pipe of production reel.
• Extract and perform Samples for QC inspection and laboratory testing.
• Support the production team leader to control process parameters in producing quality pipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• General maintenance of process equipment.

Key Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• 2 or more years of experience working in quality control and inspection, preferably in fiberglass pipe industry.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• Ability to communicate in English and make inspection reports. (Arabic language would be added advantage).
• Experience & Knowledge working with QMS.
