Job Title: QC Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all quality control activities of the QMS are carried out in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with production and repair departments to ensure that the QMS processes are being followed.
• Responsible for ensuring in-process and final inspection activities are being followed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable API and other relevant product specifications.
• Manage the Nonconformance process and ensure timely disposition.
• Maintain the internal and external calibration/inspection programs including scheduling and coordinating with vendors for third-party calibrations.
• Coordinate with QA & Procurement team to ensure supplier quality is maintained.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics related to inspection and testing activities.
• Ensure proper integration of new processes in manufacturing and repair departments.
• Facilitate process improvements for quality inspections.
• Calibrate company equipment.
• Facilitate completion of internal and external audits to ensure standard compliance.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree, or Diploma with 2 years relevant experience, or 4 years relevant experience.
