Responsibilities:

• Perform site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, AASHTO).
• Review and approve civil construction materials, work procedures, and testing methods.
• Conduct concrete, soil, and structural tests to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and ensure proper implementation of construction quality control plans (QCPs) and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to maintain Aramco certification requirements.
• Supervise and guide civil subcontractors and construction teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Utilize quality control tools and software for documentation and reporting.
