QA/QC Supervisor- Welding (Aramco Approved)

Job Description:

• Supervision: Oversee and manage the welding inspection team to ensure quality standards are met.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all welding activities comply with Aramco standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Training: Provide guidance and training to QA/QC inspectors on procedures and best practices.
• Reporting: Review inspection reports, document findings, and report any issues to higher management.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and welding teams to resolve any quality-related issues.

Certifications Required:

• Aramco Approval: Must be approved by Saudi Aramco as a qualified QA/QC Supervisor.
• CSWIP 3.2 or AWS SCWI: Senior Certified Welding Inspector qualification.
• NDT Level II (RT/UT/MT/PT): Certification in Non-Destructive Testing methods.
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001: Certification as a Lead Auditor in quality management systems (preferred).
• API 570/510: Knowledge of piping and pressure vessel inspections (preferred but not always required).

Experience:

• QC Welding Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
