QA/QC Supervisor Mechanical

Company's Placed Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans for mechanical works.
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, ISO).
• Ensure that the construction team and subcontractors are following approved procedures and standards.
• Supervise and perform daily inspections of mechanical activities: piping, welding, HVAC, pressure vessels, rotating equipment, etc.
• Conduct material inspection and verification upon delivery to ensure conformity with specifications.
• Oversee welding inspections, including WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
• Witness and verify hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests.
• Support mechanical completion checks and pre-commissioning activities.
• Ensure calibration of test equipment used during inspections.
• Conduct toolbox talks, QA/QC inductions, and training for quality procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Contract 1 or 2 years
2. Duty: 9 Hours (Including 01 Hour Lunch Break) Per Day / 6 Days a week
3. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit & Strong
4. Candidate must perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisors / Foreman / Managers
5. Candidate Can Be Placed Anywhere in The Kingdom as Per Company Requirement
