Job Description

• Conducting quality inspections and audits of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Identifying and resolving quality issues and non-conformances.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Performing tests and measurements on mechanical components and systems.
• Preparing quality reports and documentation.
• Collaborating with engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Reviewing and approving design and engineering drawings.
• Conducting supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Participating in project meetings and providing input on quality-related matters.
• Staying up to date with industry standards and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a QA/QC role in the mechanical industry.
• Experience with mechanical testing and inspection techniques.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations, such as ASME and ISO.
