Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality of goods and services.
  2. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
  3. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  5. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. Resolve any issues related to supplier performance, delivery delays, or product quality.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  9. Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making and strategy development.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
