Key Responsibilities:
Government Relations Management:
Handle all transactions with government authorities including Ministry of Labor, Jawazat, and other regulatory bodies.- Process various types of visas through and QIWA platforms (Exit/Re-entry, Final Exit, Work Visas).
- Maintain and renew company licenses and certificates with relevant authorities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and labor regulations.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Process and maintain Iqama renewals, transfers, and cancellations for employees.
- Handle Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestations, Chamber of commerce and document legalization.
- Manage employee passport services including submission and collection.
- Coordinate with Taqat and HR for employee file documentation.
Employee Support Services:
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes including visa and Iqama issuance.
- Process employee family visas and dependent documentation.
- Handle medical insurance card issuance and renewal through CCHI.
- Coordinate with GOSI for employee registration and monthly updates.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and deadlines.
- Generate regular reports on visa status and government-related expenses.
- Coordinate with finance department for government fee payments.
- Monitor and track service delivery timelines for all PRO-related requests.
Operational excellence:
- Proficient in using Saudi government platforms (QIWA, Abshe, Ejar).
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi government procedures and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in handling complex documentation issues.

- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in handling government relations.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and immigration procedures.
- Strong network of contacts in various government departments.
- Experience with QIWA, GOSI, and other Saudi government platforms.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in handling company submissions to Ministry of Labor and Jawazat.
