Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative PR Manager to lead our public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will shape and manage the public perception of United Pharmacy while aligning with our company's mission and vision. You will be responsible for creating strategic PR campaigns, strengthening media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders.
3. Craft press releases, speeches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate our initiatives.
4. Manage crisis communications and safeguard the company's public image.
5. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align PR efforts with branding campaigns.
6. Organize and oversee press events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
7. Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing actionable insights.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' PR strategies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.
3. Proven track record in managing successful PR campaigns.
4. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
5. Strong media network and excellent relationship-building skills.
6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver under tight deadlines.
