Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Psychiatric Nurses for reputed healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing and must either hold a valid MOH license or be in the process of completing MOH Dataflow verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients emotional and psychological well-being.
• Administer medications and therapeutic treatments as prescribed by psychiatrists.
• Assist in crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, and patient rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and families on mental health disorders, coping mechanisms, and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records as per hospital and MOH guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Psychiatric / Mental Health Nursing.

• Certification & Licensing (for Saudi Arabia):
• MOH License (Ministry of Health - Saudi Arabia) OR
• MOH Dataflow process in progress (Mandatory for Saudi placements).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatments.
• Excellent patient care, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle psychiatric emergencies and crisis situations.
• Understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and rehabilitation programs.
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Candidates:

• Nurses currently residing in India who are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Nurses already settled in Saudi Arabia and eligible to work with a valid MOH license or Dataflow in progress.
