You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing logistics plans, policies, processes, and procedures to support CEO-related activities and events.
Ensuring the availability and accessibility of all logistics requirements for inward visits, including meeting room arrangements, setup, and required amenities.
Coordinating the logistics of CEO participation in events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place, including transportation, meeting setups, and other required services.
Collaborating with event organizers to understand the logistics requirements and ensure all aspects are managed effectively, including the event location, setup, seating plan, and other logistical considerations.
Gathering and managing all event-related materials, ensuring they are available and organized for the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure all logistics needs are met and align with the overall objectives of the event or meeting.
Performing other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Not less than 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
