Position summary

The successful candidate will be part of the Clients & Markets Middle East Pursuit team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the firm’s most important accounts across all of our Lines of Service. You will lead proposal development, manage strategic opportunities, and collaborate with multiple regional teams to drive the proposal process.

Key responsibilities

  • Be proactive in supporting the Business Development team, Partners, and Engagement teams to develop proposals and manage the overall Proposal process.
  • Develop a comprehensive proposal response plan and overall pursuit strategy for specific opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Teams to develop a clear win strategy for each Proposal.
  • Lead and manage large, strategic proposal submissions.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key account and solution delivery Directors and Partners.
  • Support engagement teams in drafting compelling executive summaries and managing proposal resources.
  • Present options for innovation within proposal documents to enhance client experience.
  • Coordinate resources to drive efficient proposal development.
  • Contribute to practice process development and documentation.
  • Lead and deliver on “Special Projects” in line with the wider Pursuit & Proposals strategy.

Competencies:

  • Highly motivated individual with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale proposals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years in a proposals role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • APMP Foundation certified, or willingness to obtain.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Commercially and risk aware.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft360 and G-Suite.
