Job Summary: Projects Tendering & Business Development Officer will be responsible for managing procurement platforms, overseeing the end-to-end bid operations process, and supporting projects tendering and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement platforms including ETIMAD, ARIBA, ORACLE, and all other similar platforms & portals.
- Handle pre-qualification requirements, documentation, licenses, and dates, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements and maintaining effective communication.
- Search for and identify available tenders that are relevant to JLL's scope of work and support business development efforts.
- Download and communicate Request for Proposals (RFPs) to relevant teams and coordinate the purchase of RFPs as required.
- Manage bid lines and timeframes related to tender processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to gather and submit bid-essential information for tender communication.
- Submit all queries and download and communicate responses from clients during the tender process.
- Prepare and submit all proposals required in dual language, as specified in the tender documents.
- Ensure timely submission of Best and Final Offer (BAFO) and Last and Final Offer (LAFO) documents when required.
- Maintain a tracker to record bid submission data, analyze success rates, and track Letters of Feedback (LOFs) or Notices of Award (NOAs).
- Support business development activities by assisting in the identification and assessment of potential projects, preparing tender documentation, and participating in client presentations as required.
- Assist with payment processes by submitting completion certificates and invoices as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in bid operations, bid management, procurement, and a strong understanding of project tendering processes.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms, particularly knowledge of ETIMAD system is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with vendors, internal teams, and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in bid operations, procurement, and business development.
