Project Sales Engineer

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Sales Engineer with a background in dewatering or equipment rental sales, specifically in the Saudi market? We seek a driven professional and Arabic speaker to join our client’s team in Al Khobar.

The position demands high levels of responsibility and accountability to identify and secure revenue-generating opportunities within the Saudi market. You will work to strengthen the company’s market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business opportunities, including collaborations within new regional territories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue growth and establish sales targets within the Saudi market, meeting or exceeding goals, managing expenses, and supporting the manager with reports and forecasts.
2. Oversee sales responsibilities across potential and existing markets within the territory; generate customer demand through consistent sales visits and strong client relations.
3. Issue professional, technical quotations to maximize margins; conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations as required.
4. Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles to identify short-, mid-, and long-term growth opportunities.
5. Maintain an up-to-date market database, including competitor activity; foster strong customer relationships and adhere to all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred; a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is acceptable.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in dewatering or rental equipment within the GCC, with a strong client base in Saudi Arabia.
3. Must have a valid driving license (Assistance shall be provided if you do not have Saudi DL).
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.

Salary: SAR 12 - 14K / Month
