Project Manager | T&D, OHTL above 380KV, 400KV | KSA & UAE

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for work execution and project monitoring and control of the daily activity of construction.
2. Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction.
3. Co-ordinate between different sites and synchronize their activities.
4. Manage resource mobilization and resource sharing among various sites.
5. Handle allocation of tasks within teams based on skill profile.
6. Prepare bills for payments.
7. Estimate quantities & orders of materials for construction.
8. Coordinate with site representative of client/consultant.
9. Responsible for optimal utilization of resources (man, management, and material) and manage vendors, clients, and contractors.
10. Handle material management for site and coordinate with store keeper.
11. Co-ordinate with quality and HSE departments to implement all the health and safety measures.
12. Responsible for quality assurance and documentation.
