Project Manager (Seasonal)

Job Summery

We are looking for a distinguished seasonal Project Manager with extensive experience in managing Operational, Urgent projects and seasonal events. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the execution of projects to ensure the achievement of objectives according to established timelines and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive plans for urgent projects and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Define project tasks, allocate resources, and track project milestones.
• Ensure effective execution of project activities in alignment with business goals and company objectives.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Supervise teams and effectively distribute tasks.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to leadership.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor project progress and promptly resolve urgent issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Track expenses and ensure financial reporting aligns with company policies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor project progress and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Provide regular reports to management on project status and expected outcomes.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of previous experience in managing Operational projects, Hajj & Umrah projects and seasonal events experience is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello).
