Project Manager - Saudi Arabia

A Reputable Company located in Saudi Arabia - Makkah, is seeking to recruit a Project Manager.

Main Duties:

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with hotel management, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Experience in construction, renovations, IT systems implementation, or operational improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and construction regulations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
