Responsibilities

1. Participating positively in the project planning process in order to avoid losses and delays.
2. Preparing all technical submittals and obtaining necessary written approvals from consultant/customer.
3. Communicating and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and all team members.
4. Following up on the progress of execution, quality of deliverables, and materials supply on site and taking corrective actions when needed.
5. Ensuring Company EH&S rules are implemented and followed by all team members on sites.
6. Maintaining good business relationships with customers.
7. Documenting all necessary letters, reports, and communications on the projects.
8. Monitoring the project's performance compared to plan and reporting any variance.
9. Notifying the Management in case any issue is expected or risk that exists on the project.
10. Providing necessary support in closing the project on time to ensure successful project completion.
11. Managing projects in KSA to achieve closing on time.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in HVAC execution projects.
2. Experience in HVAC replacement projects.
3. Mechanical Engineering degree.
4. PMP Certification.
5. Excellent English skills.
