An expert project management resource to handle our Long-Term Services Agreement (LTSA). This service project will cover aero-derivative gas turbines, small gas turbines, turbo compressors and their auxiliaries. The project manager should be able to apply a high level of critical thinking to resolve sophisticated, complex, and non-procedural issues. Compliance with Quality and Environment Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures. Capable of providing full support to the Field Service to ensure the completion of tasks within the minimum downtime and assigned budget along with the overall profit and losses of the assigned projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Establishes and maintains the Siemens Energy Project and Quality Management Plan.
Engages relevant partners during the sales and project initiation phases to ensure project success.
Reviews contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and contractual obligations, and takes vital actions.
Responsible for integrating the technical solution, including all subsystems.
Ensures effective ramp-up and execution of site activities.
Conducts regular project status meetings and coordinates the acceptance of achievement deliverables.
Documents all work results in applicable standards.
Leads acceptance tests and supervises the final project handover.
Responsible for maintaining quality standards and EHS compliance throughout the entire project.
Sets high-reaching goals for themselves and others, continually targeting to meet and exceed those objectives.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or IPMA-C certification, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Site Management, Technical Management, or Project Management within the gas service or energy industry is important.
Experience in leading rotating equipment contracts in the Power Generation or Oil and Gas sectors is required.
A solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools is vital.
A consistent track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under pressure is crucial.
The ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents is important.
Develop leadership skills within a platform team that includes Commercial Project Managers, Service Parts Representatives, and Contracts Managers.
Excel in leadership, communication, and social skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are important.
Ability to lead large groups of people and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office software and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is required.
Willingness to travel as frequently as necessary to meet project requirements.
