We’re Hiring: Civil Projects Manager

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Reports To: General Contracting Director

Are you a driven leader ready to build the future? We’re seeking a Civil Projects Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact civil infrastructure projects—from the ground up!

About the Role:

As our Civil Projects Manager, you’ll take full ownership of project lifecycles—from concept to completion. You’ll guide talented teams, manage resources efficiently, and deliver projects that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Lead strategic planning and execution of civil engineering projects
2. Oversee daily project operations and timelines
3. Inspire, lead, and manage cross-functional teams
4. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors & stakeholders
5. Identify and mitigate project risks
6. Ensure compliance with industry, company, and local standards
7. Control budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
8. Report regularly on milestones, progress, and risks
9. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery
10. Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility

What You Bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s or PMP a big plus!)
2. 5+ years of proven leadership in contracting projects
3. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
4. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices & regulations
5. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
6. Proficiency in project management tools
