Job Summary & Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT and business-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires the ability to define project plans, assess risks, and ensure adherence to company project management standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or Management Information Systems (MIS). Preferable: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management. Experience working with project and portfolio management tools such as Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.

Certification:

PMP certification is a plus.

Job Description:

The Project Manager III will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of high-priority projects. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to align projects with business objectives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. This role will involve assessing and resolving risks, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering projects that meet defined ROI targets.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Define and create project plans for prioritization and implementation of projects and products.
2. Evaluate trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value to make informed decisions.
3. Facilitate operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth progress.
4. Assess and resolve high-priority risks and issues encountered during the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure that all projects comply with the project methodology standards established by the company.
6. Monitor and ensure that projects meet success criteria, including Benefit Realization and ROI targets stated in the business case.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Visio, MS Project, Clarity, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and project lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in Benefit Realization Monitoring and achieving ROI targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing IT or business projects in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology. PMP or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
