Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and manage Oil & Gas maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
2. Oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution.
3. Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and site staff to achieve project objectives.
4. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, taking corrective actions when necessary.
5. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
6. Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and project updates to senior management.
7. Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: B. Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7 years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in Oil & Gas maintenance contracts.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
Overtime & Benefits: As per Labour Law.
