As an Industry X Project Control and Management Systems Consultant, you will:

• Translate strategic initiatives and concepts into business solutions
• Interface between Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, Procurement and Contracts, Construction, and the client stakeholders at all levels within the organization
• Translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
• Work within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained
• Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses
• Support the strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X
• Become a champion of Industry X integrated workforce solutions, tools, and platforms
• Help clients adopt to new digital processes and tools and infuse project controls best practices
• Gain experience with Accenture’s ecosystem partners
• Gain knowledge in Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry leading practice
• Ability to work within an agile delivery environment
• Willingness to maintain a flexible travel schedule subject to updated return to office plans and client expectations
• Excellent communication, analytics, and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of practical Project Control and Management Systems implementation experience on Capital Projects, specifically for Oracle Primavera Unifier
• Min of 5 years of Experience with Project Control and Management system work process including Project governance, cost, contract and schedule functional areas
• Min of 5 years of Experience in gathering, interpreting and translating business and system requirements into industry standard process and system designs for Project Control and Management systems
• Min of 5 years of Experience in planning and leading System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Project Control and Management system implementations

Bonus points if:

• You have deep techno-functional expertise on the Primavera Unifier platform and can lead discussions with clients on best ways to bring business processes to life in the Unifier platform.
• You have experience in systems integration and data conversion activities as part of a Project Control and Management systems implementation.
• You have experience in Leading end to end planning and delivery of Project Control and Management systems implementations.
• Experience in the following industries: Public Sector Infrastructure / Transportation, Data Center Design & Construction, Vertical Construction/Facilities/Buildings, 5G/Telecomm/Network design/buildout, Life Sciences, Renewables/Hydrogen, Utilities and/or Discrete Manufacturing.
• Proficient knowledge of Project Controls environment and related software including Microsoft applications, Oracle Construction and Engineering Suite (i.e. Oracle Primavera), Hexagon Ecosys PPM, E-Builder, Procore, Kahua, PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience delivering digital experience projects as part of a cross-functional team.
• You have consulting and/or field experience in engineering, project management, or project controls.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business, engineering, construction, data analytics, or technology related field.
