Project Head

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Head to lead the development and execution of our new plant in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on Greenfield industrial projects, particularly manufacturing plants. This role demands proficiency in Saudi laws and a proven track record in handling fabrication plant projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of the new plant project in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage all aspects of project development, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to execute Greenfield and industrial projects, ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and government authorities for seamless project progression.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership in all phases of the project, from initiation to commissioning.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in handling large-scale projects, with a focus on Greenfield projects.
• Proven experience in executing industrial projects, preferably manufacturing plants.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects in a fabrication plant setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in managing international projects or teams.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt and resolve challenges effectively in dynamic environments.
