Project Engineer - Mechanical

Primary Responsibilities:

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Mechanical with expertise in Saudi Aramco projects and standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing mechanical engineering aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and client requirements. This position is based in Saudi Arabia, with an initial contract duration of 1 year, extendable based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate mechanical engineering aspects of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Saudi Aramco Standards Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with Saudi Aramco standards and specifications.
• Design Review and Approval: Evaluate and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and technical documents.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and Saudi Aramco representatives to align project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures for mechanical components and systems.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in project engineering, with significant experience in Saudi Aramco projects.
• Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.
• Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
