Project Engineer
You as a Project Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Project Engineer with support to project team is responsible for the successful execution or delivery of assigned projects on time, within budget, and with quality & safety framework of Hitachi Energy.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and Hitachi Energy working values.
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned projects.
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Interacting daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
- Performing overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reporting regularly.
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with Head of Projects or Operation Manager and other project participants to provide project updates.
- Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiating appropriate corrective actions while coordinating with SCM and FSM to assign resource requirements.
- Ensuring delivery of the project as per company KPIs assigned to him.
- Supporting the FSE and project team to deliver the service on time and on budget.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant industry is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience managing projects, preferably in the service field.
- Experience with PMP certification and L6S certification will be a plus.
- Ability to establish good relationships with customers and to lead others with clear instructions.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
