Job Description:

• We are recruiting a Project Director for a Master Planned Buildings & Infrastructure project.
• Our company is an International Project Management Consultant.
• Western Educated Project Director for Master Planned Buildings & Infrastructure project based in Riyadh.
• We are the Project Management Consultant to a Government of Saudi project.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Western Degree in a construction-related discipline.
• Nationality preference: Western Expat.
• Membership of a recognized body such as PMP, PMI, MCIOB or similar.
• 20 years overall experience and at least 5 years in GCC, preferably with current experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• 7+ years experience working for developers or consultants.
• Experience in Master Planned projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates fitting the above and already working for a client or consultant in KSA with a transferable visa/Iqama.
