Our client is a leading consultant with an excellent reputation for delivery across KSA. As a result of a major project win, they are actively looking for a talented Project Director to join their established team to implement a major development program in Saudi Arabia.

The Project Director will assist in overseeing construction and implementation phases of a major sporting venue. This role includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key requirements:

1. Civil Engineering / Construction Management degree or equivalent.
2. At least 20 years in the management of design and construction.
3. Have completed iconic projects in the sports or entertainment sector.
4. Ideally have worked within KSA or the GCC. Alternatively, have worked on iconic development schemes internationally.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders is essential.
