Job Summary:

Our client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to building world-class medical facilities across Saudi Arabia. As part of their ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the construction of their start-of-the art hospitals.

This role is based in Riyadh and reports directly to senior leadership. The Project Director will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of hospital construction, ensuring alignment with the organizations vision, budget and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability while keeping the project on schedule.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance, industry standards and adherence to design specifications.
• Risk & Contract Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee contracts for seamless execution.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing or supervising large-scale healthcare construction projects.
• Proven expertise as a Project Director or PMO in healthcare construction.
• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration.
• Extensive knowledge of hospital infrastructure, compliance regulations, and construction best practices.
