About the Role:

Kariera Group Recruitment Services is actively seeking a Project Director PMC Oil & Gas – Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Engineering Consultancy and work on their major iconic Oil and Gas project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team of project managers/area managers.
• Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.
• Achieve or better the budgeted gross.
• Provide strong HSE leadership.
• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Strong track record in project management with similar EPC/PMC contractors in the oil/gas sector, with recent experience as a Project Manager/Director managing high-value EPC/PMC projects.
• Proven experience in executing FEED/EPC contracts for offshore/onshore Oil & Gas/Petrochemical and Marine Projects.
• BSc degree in an engineering subject is required.
• Masters/PMP certification is preferred.
