Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director (PD) to lead a high-profile maritime project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be a Native Arabic speaker with extensive experience in construction and site management of maritime infrastructure projects such as ports, harbors, offshore structures, and coastal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of the maritime construction project, ensuring on-time and budget delivery.
• Lead project planning, risk management, and contract administration.
• Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, government authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive performance and resolve on-site challenges related to construction and logistics.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in maritime construction projects (ports, harbors, offshore, or coastal infrastructure).
• Strong expertise in site management, engineering, and project execution.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations, environmental compliance, and permitting processes.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working with government authorities and major contractors in the maritime sector.
