RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Book Jobs, Sales to Ops Turnover, Send Welcome Letter
• Plan Project with Field PM/ Lead
• Manage projects in Software tools
• Own Financial Management
• Assign tasks, Follow up on tasks assigned to colleagues
• First line of communication with customer
• Billings and A/R assist
• Create Warranty Letter, Ensure turnover to service is completed
