Project Controls & Reporting

Lead the overall planning, control, and governance activities of the projects, taking into consideration the required time for each phase of the projects as well as costs involved to ensure timely delivery of projects. Direct the evaluation of the time, cost, and risk impacts associated with proposed changes to projects to support decision-making.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university. Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.

Experience: 15+ years of professional experience in project management and commercial management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (preferably in a development company, particularly in real estate). A proven track record of deploying forward-looking strategic, managerial, and operational methods (including future/cutting-edge technologies).
