Project Controls Director

Salary: SAR 60 - 75,000 per month

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity to play a part in the delivery of the FIFA World Cup to Saudi Arabia, working as a Project Controls Director overseeing projects from start to finish.

As the Project Controls Director, you will be reporting to the Project Director and responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the planning, estimating, cost control, risk management, and document control services and for providing information to allow proactive and accurate reporting for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project controls team.
• Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements.
• Develop project controls standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the client and colleagues to ensure smooth project planning.
• Establish and manage the CBS, budget, and project cost control.
• Establish and manage the risk management plan.
• Establish and manage change control.
• Progress, cost, and risk monitoring and analysis.
• Provide monthly and weekly reports.
• Prepare and conduct presentations.

Requirements:

• Must be degree qualified in engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Must be at Senior Manager or Director level currently.
• Minimum of 5 years experience leading project controls function on mega construction programs.
• Experience in the Middle East is vital.
• Must have experience of setting up project controls on large-scale building programs.
• Expert communicator.
